Keyboard Shortcuts

The following keyboard shortcuts have been programmed for the entire website:

Please note that combinations using numbers do not work with the numbers on the numeric keypad.

" 1 " takes you to the “Home” page

" 2 " takes you to the “Site Map” page

" 3 " takes you to the “Accessibility” page

" 4 " takes you to the “Contact” page

" 5 " takes you to the email message

" 6 " takes you to the drop-down menu "Infos Citoyens"

" 7 " takes you to the drop-down menu "Vie Communale"

" 8 " takes you to the drop-down menu "Vie Pratique"

" 9 " takes you to the drop-down menu "Vie Associative"[WU1] 

 

The keystroke combinations required for these shortcuts differ according to the browser used; we have detailed the procedures required to activate these keyboard shortcuts for the main browsers below.

Internet Windows: Alt+Shift and [keyboard shortcut], then Enter;

Mozilla, Chrome, Netscape, K-Meleon, Firefox Windows: Alt+Shift and [keyboard shortcut];

Opera 7 Windows, Macintosh, Linux: Shift + Escape and [keyboard shortcut];

Safari 1.2 Macintosh: Ctrl and [keyboard shortcut];

Mozilla, Netscape Macintosh: Ctrl and [keyboard shortcut];

Galeon, Mozilla Firefox for Linux: Alt and [keyboard shortcut];

Netscape 4, Camino, Galeon, Konqueror, OmniWeb, Safari before version 1.2 and Opera Windows for Linux before version 7 do not support keyboard shortcuts.

 

Browser Compatibility

This website has been developed in accordance with the technical standards for the Internet established by the W3C consortium as well as the accessibility standards defined in the ADAE guidelines and the WAI guidelines developed by the W3C consortium.     

 

This website performs best on the latest generation browsers, yet can still be accessed on older browsers.

The use of the following browsers is recommended:

Macintosh OS 10: Opera, Safari, Mozilla Firefox;

Windows: Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer 7 and later, Google Chrome;

Linux: Mozilla Firefox, Opera.

 

Documents for Download

Most documents for download are in PDF format (Portable Document Format).

The main links can be found in the main menu, which is permanently available at the top of the page. These provide direct access to the main sections of the website.

 

Enlarging Character Size

Internet Explorer: Go to the menu Display / Size of Text and select the required size or press CTRL and + simultaneously to increase the size and CTRL and – to decrease the size.

Mozilla: Press simultaneously on CTRL and + to increase the size, CTRL and – to decrease the size, CTRL
            and 0 to return to the original size.

 

Applying a Custom Style Sheet

The display of this website can be adjusted by means of alternative style sheets defined by the user. An alternative style sheet can be defined from the Display menu on browsers which support alternative styles:

    Firefox, Mozilla: Display / Page Style;

    Opera 7: Style;

    Internet Explorer 6.0: Tools / Internet / General tab / Accessibility.

 

Printing

All pages on this website can be printed via the “Print” icon or via your browser.

En plus, je n’ai pas fait la traduction des pages « infos citoyens », « vie communale », « vie pratique » et « vie associative » donc je ne sais pas s’il existe une traduction anglaise déjà.
